We welcome 2 pets per apartment home. There is a $300.00 pet fee for the first pet and a $100.00 pet fee for the 2nd pet. Pet rent is $10.00 per month, per pet. Combined weight cannot exceed 100 pounds. Pets over 50 pounds must reside on a slab level apartment home.
